Using this tool is straightforward. Upload the original dealer estimate PDF — the same document provided by the workshop — and click Generate Assessment. The tool reads the PDF entirely in your browser, automatically identifies whether it is a Maruti, Hyundai, Tata or Toyota estimate, then extracts every part, its cost, quantity and demand type, and separates labour charges by type (Repair & Replace vs Painting vs Miscellaneous).
Once generated, download the report in Excel or Word format. The Excel file includes editable depreciation percentage fields (Metal, Rubber/Plastic, Glass for parts; Repair and Painting for labour), so you can enter applicable rates and the sheet automatically calculates depreciation amounts, GST and the net assessed value. You can also add salvage value and compulsory excess before finalizing.

Maruti Suzuki: Some newer Maruti/NIC estimate layouts prepend an extra serial-number column before the Part No column. The parser detects this automatically so descriptions are never truncated or shifted.
Hyundai: Certain Hyundai estimates print the GST column as a flat percentage (e.g. "18%") instead of a computed tax amount, with the Total column already including tax. The tool detects this layout and avoids double-charging GST on the estimate side while still applying GST to the assessed columns.
Tata Motors: Addenda Quote estimates sometimes wrap long part or labour descriptions across an extra physical line in the PDF. The parser reassembles these wrapped descriptions before building the assessment sheet so nothing is cut short.
Toyota: Toyota estimates list a right-hand summary column alongside the item table; the parser reads only the left-hand item columns so summary text is never mistaken for a part or labour row.
This tool processes your dealer estimate PDF entirely on your own device using PDF.js for reading and ExcelJS for building the output spreadsheet. At no point is the PDF, or any data extracted from it, sent to any server — including ToolPlex's own servers. You can safely use this on customer claim documents containing personal and vehicle details.
